Yehowa Medical Services Yehowa Medical Services Harbor City, CA Harbor City, CA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $45 - $75 an hour $45 - $75 an hour We are looking for a part-time or full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Yehowa Medical Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
As an LCSW, you will provide direct behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups.
You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide integrated clinical services in a primary care setting.
Conducts psycho-social and functional assessments of patients.
Assesses, develops, and coordinates a clinical treatment program for patients with acute or chronic psychiatric disorders.
Performs short-term counseling and crisis intervention as appropriate.
Ensures that patient care is maintained at the highest levels of excellence and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, and case management as needed and make referrals as needed.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications:
Current LCSW license in the state of practice Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Proficiency in electronic health record system ECW (not required) Work Remotely:
