6 Harbor City, CA Harbor City, CA Full-time Full-time $30 - $60 an hour $30 - $60 an hour CNC Operator McStarlite Company, manufacturer of large, complex sheet metal parts for the aerospace industry, is looking to hire an experienced and motivated CNC Operator to join our team! As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up and overseeing the operations of 3 and 5 axes CNC routers, as well as lead the team.
You should be able to:
Set up and install tooling fixtures and attachments, operate 5x and 3x CNC routers Prepare and load raw materials, parts and tooling fixtures onto the machine Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Supervising the CNC work cell and manage others Conducting daily equipment inspection Documenting actions and communicate process improvements Following safety procedures and regulations Maintain high precision and tight machining tolerances You should have:
Minimum of a High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC machine operator Highly developed attention to details Understanding of CMM technology It would be nice if you have:
Strong computer skills Strong math skills Bilingual English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical and analytical skills Forklift certification Shifts:
1st = M-F 6am - 2:
30pm 2nd = M-F 2:
30pm - 12am Job Type:
