We currently have a management position available for a Fast Food Mexican Restaurant in Harbor City. This a great position for people who want to grow their management skills in a fast-pace restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
-You will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.
-Overseeing that safety and state regulations are followed and enforced to ensure company standards
-Maintain cleanliness of restaurant inside and out as well as maintenance and repairs when needed
-Insuring excellent hospitality and customer service so every customer leaves happy
-Promoting the business and implementing strategies so the business can grow
-Training and Development
-Scheduling and Running Shifts
-Controlling Inventory
-Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Candidates will need to have
-Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
-Strong leadership and motivational skills
-The Ability to be punctual, hard- working and detail-orientated under pressure
-1 year of management experience in the fast-food industry.
-Spanish is a plus
